Deployment UI Upgrade

The new React + TypeScript frontend lives under client/. Build the production bundle so this server can serve it:

npm install && npm run build

For local development run npm run dev to start Vite (client) alongside the deployment API server.

After building, the Express server will automatically serve dist/index.html.
